Supervisor cooking & casting line

As supervisor of our cooking and casting line, you’ll be at the heart of that process: turning recipes into reality, balancing precision and creativity every single day. Our workplace feels more like a playground than a factory, full of curious minds, bright colours and big ideas.

What you’ll do

Operate and monitor production machinery - from preparing colour mixes to programming recipes.
Follow up on production planning, signal issues early and keep things running smoothly.
Carry out quality checks, including tasting and analysing end products.
Ensure order, hygiene, and safety in your work area.
Record production data and report deviations to support continuous improvement.
Step in hands-on when needed - including lifting bags up to 25 kg.

What you bring

A bachelor’s degree in food technology, biotechnology, or a related technical field - or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years’ experience in a production or food environment.
An eye for detail and a practical mindset.
A structured, solution-oriented and reliable attitude.
A team player who can also work independently.
Familiarity with HACCP, hygiene and quality standards.
Technical affinity with food production machinery is a plus.
Comfort working in a loud or dusty environment.
Strong command of Dutch (spoken and written).
