Quality Manager

• Ownership on full QMS. You manage, optimise and implement a QMS within the organisation

• Audit Guru: You prepare for the yearly IFS audit and guide the organisation through it

• Legislation and compliance. You follow the HACCP and FAVV regulation and translate it into organisation specific procedures en practices.

• Continuous improvement: You analyse non-conformities and rerout where required to obtain a higher quality standard

• People-driven: You coach not only the quality department, as well as the full organisation in terms of quality

• You obtained at least a higher eduation diploma in a relevant study (Bio-engineering, food technology, industrial sciences...)

• You have experience in a quality role within the food industry

• You are familiar with IFS and HACCP guidelines and general food hygiene regulations

• You are fluent in Dutch and English (speech and writing) and communicate easily and pragmatic

• You are a teamplayer, but capable of working independently.
