Precision candy development, from recipe to retail
Creating a product worthy of the PSG badge required more than creativity.
It demanded precision: in taste, in texture, in form.
We started at the core. Flavour. Multiple recipes were formulated, each fine-tuned in-house for mouthfeel, balance, and fan appeal. These were then presented, tested, and refined with the license holder.
Each tasting round sharpened the product. No shortcuts, no guesswork. All data-driven iteration and sensory science.
Only once we had a formula that hit all the right notes, did we move on to shape.
Form follows identity and feasibility
A football boot. A stadium. A logo. A ball. Each shape was more than decoration. It was a tribute.
But tributes only work when they’re recognisable and manufacturable.
That’s where our design and engineering teams stepped in.
We assessed each proposed shape for technical feasibility within our production lines, working within micron-level tolerances to preserve visual impact at scale. Every contour was evaluated to ensure perfect demoulding and visual clarity —no blurred lines, no production hiccups.
Details matter. And PSG fans don’t expect anything less.
From lab to legend: the final calibration
With form and flavour locked in, we calibrated color.
Not just what looked good, but what matched PSG’s signature palette and delivered maximum shelf impact. We aligned visual, sensory and emotional cues until everything clicked.
The result? A candy line that doesn’t just carry the PSG name — it earns it.
From flavour architecture to mold engineering, this project demanded high-level expertise across disciplines. And that’s what The Gummy Gurus bring to the table: the ability to turn complex product visions into tangible, scalable, high-impact sweets.
